  Köpa hus i Portugal kan kännas komplicerat och byråkratiskt men vi kände oss trygga och lugna när vi kom i kontakt med Isabel Marques på Marcela Properties, hon var proffsig, tillmötesgående och gjorde det hela enkelt och smidigt. Vi anlitade även en advokat som Isabel rekommenderade och vi är mycket nöjda med all hjälp och tjänster som han utfört i samband med köpet och även efteråt.

  Det var lätt att hålla kontakten och kommunicera med både Isabel och advokaten i samband med att köpet skulle genomföras, trots att vi befann oss i Sverige. Det kändes tryggt.

  We would like to thank you and Francisco Moreira Braga our solicitor for the very efficient way you helped manage the purchase of our apartment in Lagos.

  The whole buying process went seamlessly and in particular Francisco was brilliant in overcoming any obstacles. Even right down to arranging our apartment gas inspection whilst we were out the country and arranging for us to set up a bank account ensuring that copies of our fiscal number and utility details where at the bank ahead of our appointment.

  It must be difficult to manage different nationalities and cultures when the two partied buying and selling are from different countries and you have both been excellent in doing this.
